Channel Sales Lead
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 (Net Monthly)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth across B2B and B2C channels
- Develop and expand distributor and retail networks
- Identify new markets and execute go-to-market strategies
- Lead market activation initiatives to boost product visibility
- Build and manage strong partner relationships
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ sales experience (FMCG, retail, or distribution preferred)
- Proven track record in channel development and market expansion
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Technical Sales Engineer
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 (Net Monthly)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Provide technical sales support and deliver client-focused solutions
- Conduct presentations, demos, and site visits
- Collaborate with engineering teams on solution delivery
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ sales experience (2+ years in engineering sales)
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and client engagement skills
Sales Partner Manager (Sales Manager)
Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦600,000 (Net Monthly)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall sales strategy and revenue growth
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Develop and scale distribution channels across markets
- Drive market expansion and brand visibility initiatives
- Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- 5–8 years’ sales experience with at least 3 years in leadership
- Strong background in FMCG, retail, or distribution
- Proven ability to drive revenue and lead teams effectively
