Job Description
My Reason for Being
You will ensure the management of workstation environments and peripherals (mobile terminals, printing, etc.), the O365 Suite, security, and authorizations. You will also be responsible for supporting users in the implementation of their Workplace transformation and migration projects.
Main Missions
To fulfill this reason for being, you will provide Level 2 support for the Modern Workplace:
Build
- Write and validate technical specifications and configure M365
- Prepare and participate in technical acceptance testing and production deployments
- Ensure that projects comply with norms and standards and verify the application of good urban planning practices
- Provide technical expertise during all phases of UFF projects
- Participate in the technological development of offers
- Be proactive and stay updated on Modern Workplace technologies
Run
- Diagnose, prioritize, and process incidents and employee requests in compliance with company procedures and within tight deadlines, while ensuring the quality of responses provided to employees
- Provide assistance to users on the operation of business tools (in-house business tools, Salesforce, etc.)
- Identify technical problems, bugs, and errors and contribute to their resolution in support with IT teams, and escalate alerts if necessary
- Participate in writing and enriching documentation and FAQs
- Define and administer work environments
Qualifications
Profile
- You have a higher education in IT.
- You have at least 2 years of experience, including internships/work-study programs.
- You are agile and have a strong sense of service.
- You enjoy finding and providing solutions.
Technical Skills
- You master the platform and have excellent knowledge of M365
- Ticketing tool: Easyvista
- Authorizations/Certifications: ideally ITIL V.4 foundation

- Position located in Bois Colombes (92)
- Remote work charter in place up to 8 days/month.
- Compensation consists of a fixed salary + a variable based on objectives
