MBway Grenoble, an international management school from Bac to Bac +5, is looking for one of its partners for an apprenticeship as an Assistant Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager / Service Manager, you will be involved in the deployment and monitoring of strategic projects:

• Project Management: participation in defining needs, scoping and planning projects
• Progress Monitoring: monitoring schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Reporting: setting up monitoring indicators and preparing project committees
• Risk Management: identifying risks and proposing action plans
• Cross-functional Projects: participation in continuous improvement, innovation, or digital transformation projects

Qualifications

• Admitted to the MBA Project Management at MBway Grenoble
• Student in Master or MBA with a taste for project management and cross-functional work
• You are methodical, autonomous and have good analytical skills
• You are comfortable with office and project management tools (Pack Office, collaborative tools)
