What's important to us and what we expect from you
- A reliable and structuring account management: you master contractual commitments, implement governance (PAQM, committee meetings...), and ensure SLA compliance.
- Effective management of sensitive situations: you are capable of managing clients in difficulty, prioritizing, arbitrating, and providing clear answers in a sometimes urgent or conflictual context.
- Demanding transverse coordination: you lead internal teams (support, project, technical), track requests, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Solid client relationship: you establish a climate of trust, lead committee meetings, and support your clients in the evolution of their solution.
- Rigorous and results-oriented follow-up: you analyze indicators, anticipate deviations, and propose concrete improvement actions.
