The Exploration-Production (EP) branch's mission is to discover and develop oil and gas fields to meet growing energy demand. Join our HR Excellence teams, serving the skills development of our branch and supporting our corporate projects. Within the HR Department of the Exploration and Production branch, in an international context, the HR Learning, Education & Communication entities are notably responsible for defining training orientations, piloting training activities and projects, as well as animating HR networks at Headquarters and subsidiaries, in interaction with TotalEnergies Learning Solutions (the entity within the Company responsible for designing and deploying training). Our team is also responsible for defining governance rules within our branch and supporting the deployment of our new training platform LiZZY. In this context, we are looking for a new team member for a period of 1 year, as part of a full-time professionalization contract, to take charge of certain recurring activities and projects related to training.

Activities

As a Junior Training Project Manager H/F, your missions will be:

• Contribute to the role of "Super Key User" of the internal platform (Talent Soft) dedicated to online training (support, assistance, account management, authorizations and service requests)
• Participate in the implementation of communication actions, and their animation within an international network to support the skills development of HR actors.
• Participate and contribute to the various training coordination bodies (Headquarters and international)
• Analyze and implement reports (budgets, training plans and achievements, annual campaigns: Global Social Panorama, invited internships, etc.) (tools: Excel and Power BI)
• Develop training indicators for various meetings (Management, Business Lines, Training-Employment Commission, etc.)
• Participate and contribute to the various cross-functional projects and activities of the entity (Support for the Company's transformation project, managerial training redesign project, training process simplification project (e.g.: limited offers, invited internships, 2nd year internships, etc.). Candidate Profile

Have you recently graduated with a Bac+5 in Human Resources? Start your career with a stimulating experience at the heart of international teams, committed to the energy transition! We are looking for a Junior Training Project Manager H/F for a 12-month period, starting June 2026. During your studies, you have developed your interest in the field of training as well as your interest in supporting young people. You are comfortable with office software and know the Office suite? You will notably use Excel, Word and PowerPoint. A first experience with LMS and Power BI will be a plus. Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit are part of your qualities? Good writing skills and professional proficiency in English will be essential for your role. We offer you a qualifying 12-month Full-Time Professionalization Contract (100% in the company) including training (job-specific, linguistic, tools...). These trainings are provided internally by selected organizations. This contract will allow you to gain a year of professional experience while being trained in the specifics of your job in relation to the Company's activities.
