Your Role

Within an experienced research team, based in Paris Opéra, your main missions will be:

• Define the research strategy, in partnership with the Consultant.
• Identify, approach, and qualify targeted candidates.
• Prepare progress reports for each mission.
• Continuously qualify the database and build a pool of candidates.

Your responsibilities will evolve based on your interests and expertise.

Qualifications

• Higher education (minimum Bachelor's degree).
• Ideally, experience in Consulting (firm, IT services company) and/or Human Resources.
• Curiosity, rigor, team spirit, and a results-oriented mindset are integral to your personality.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong oral and written expression, excellent diction, and a strong inclination for phone-based communication.
• Enthusiastic and optimistic, with a taste for challenges and a results-oriented approach.
• Good level of English desired.
