For our Operations Department, we are looking for a Credit Analysis and Partner Relations Officer (H/F) at our Lyon agency.
The Credit Analysis and Partner Relations Officer studies individual and business financing files and promotes banking and insurance products and services, ensuring the quality of service provided and performance to achieve the objectives set by Management.
Main Activities
- Facilitate customer support (business partners, self-employed, agents, end customers) in understanding financing products and associated services, to ensure quality service and optimal performance.
- Participate in regulatory, legal, and fiscal changes specific to the banking sector to ensure the compliance of activities.
- Contribute to the analysis of financial risks such as LCB-FT and ensure compliance with current procedures. Act in accordance with the primacy of the interests of customers (business partners and end customers...) and the company.
- Study and decide within the scope of their delegation on files for individual customers, BtoB retail, and VD Agents from business partners, by carrying out the necessary checks and investigations.
- Transmit decisions to business partners after analyzing the files.
- Maintain regular contact with business partners, support and guide them in commercial development, acquisition, and loyalty (services, commercial promotions, portfolios, loyalty, fee schedules, ...), and respond to their requests (by phone, chat, email) in conjunction with the ZMFS.
- Ensure the achievement of objectives for studies, calls, emails processed, chats, and qualitative objectives related to customer satisfaction (deadlines, Net Promoter Score, calls served), profitability, and default rates.
- Participate in changes and transformation projects (automation, digitalization...) and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate synergistically with other company departments.
- Provide all necessary reporting on activity monitoring, ensuring compliance with procedures to improve performance, guarantee service quality, and meet quantitative and qualitative objectives set by Management.
Your Profile
- Education: Minimum Bac +2/5 (Banking, Finance, Insurance).
- Experience: Minimum 4/8 years of experience in financing.
- Skills: Good knowledge/mastery of Back Office tools.
