About OCEBIO

OCEBIO - Occitanie Entreprises Bio is an association that brings together organic agri-food companies (processors and distributors) based in the Occitanie region. By 2026, OCEBIO will have 80 member organic companies. OCEBIO supports its members in their development projects, participates in the structuring of regional organic sectors, and represents organic companies to public authorities and within the interprofessional association Interbio Occitanie. www.ocebio.fr

The organic sector is dynamic, and organic companies face many challenges. OCEBIO is recruiting a "Filières et Distribution" Project Manager to best support its members and the development of regional organic sectors.

Responsibilities

You will be in charge of the "Filières et distribution" actions carried out by Ocebio, including:

  • Structuring of regional organic sectors: You will lead projects for regional organic sectors (leading meetings, connecting stakeholders, organizing professional events), you will identify the needs of downstream operators (sectoral surveys); you will support the establishment of sector partnerships (links with upstream, work on fair trade, contractualization).
  • "Distribution" Actions: You will participate in the promotion of regional organic products by organizing, for example, promotional campaigns, and events in organic stores, in conjunction with regional organic communication campaigns.
  • Info Point Bio AVAL: You will answer companies' questions about organic, regulations, existing aid, sectors, markets… You will support agri-food project leaders.
  • Professional Communication: You will write articles for the Ocebio website and LinkedIn page (disseminating information and promoting Ocebio's activities). You will write tools for professionals (guides, technical sheets…).
  • Participation in associative life (board meetings, general assembly, meetings with various regional partners…).

The position will be supervised by Amélie BERGER, the association's coordinator, and the OCEBIO board of directors.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac + 5), Agronomy Engineer or Business School degree.
  • Experience in animation or development would be highly appreciated.
  • A good understanding of communication, marketing, or sales would be a plus.

  • Analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.
