Morgan Philips Executive Search is recruiting for its client an International B2B Solutions and Services Publisher, experiencing strong growth in Europe. In a dynamic and multicultural environment, they are strengthening their Business Operations EMEA teams and creating a key interface role between business teams and IT, with a strong focus on processes, services, and systems.

The position is based either in Voisin le Bretonneux (78) or St Denis (93).

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager EMEA, the Business Analyst Services is at the heart of professional services operations. They analyze, structure, and transform business needs into robust and scalable application solutions, with a particular focus on NetSuite and service-related processes (PSA, resource management, project accounting).

This role combines functional analysis, cross-functional project management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Define end-to-end processes considering business, technical, and user constraints.
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for IT teams.
• Test solutions, propose areas for improvement, and optimize operating methods.
• Design and deliver training to users.
• Manage priorities, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Administer and optimize NetSuite and its service-related modules.
• Track requests via ticketing tools (JIRA, Zendesk, or equivalent).
• Produce documentation, training materials, and reports.
