Responsibilities

As a Project Manager / Process & Transformation Analyst, you will be involved in the analysis and optimization of business processes:

• Map processes (BPMN, modeling tools)
• Conduct diagnostics (interviews, field work, tool analysis)
• Propose optimization scenarios and formalize reference documents (SOP, RACI, flows)
• Build performance indicators (KPIs)
• Structure functional specifications for transformation projects
• Participate in Lean / Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support change management and integrate QSE/CSR challenges

Qualifications

• Proficiency in process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Miro...)
• Good knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma approaches
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and formulate actionable recommendations
• Skills in project management and QCD reasoning
• Understanding of information systems and data management
• Ability to facilitate groups, challenge needs, and support transformation
• Qualities: communication, diplomacy, analytical mindset, pragmatism, organization
• Bonus: knowledge of retail businesses (purchasing, pricing, marketing, supply chain)
