Responsibilities

As a Project Manager / Process & Transformation Analyst, you will be involved in the analysis and optimization of business processes:

  • Map processes (BPMN, modeling tools)
  • Conduct diagnostics (interviews, field work, tool analysis)
  • Propose optimization scenarios and formalize reference documents (SOP, RACI, flows)
  • Build performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Structure functional specifications for transformation projects
  • Participate in Lean / Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support change management and integrate QSE/CSR challenges

  • Ability to facilitate groups, challenge needs, and support transformation
  • Qualities: communication, diplomacy, analytical mindset, pragmatism, organization
