The New Product Development Project Manager & Team Leader plays a key role in leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for industrial equipment, while managing the technical teams and associated resources. At the interface between engineering, production, supply chain, and the laboratory, this role guarantees the technical, industrial, and economic performance of the projects, while ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPI projects from end to end by defining execution plans, milestones and project governance.
• Analyze and validate product requirements with stakeholders and identify the necessary resources (engineering, testing, prototypes).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Laboratory, etc.) in a matrix environment.
• Identify and manage technical, industrial and organizational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance (cost, deadlines, quality) and implement corrective actions if necessary.
• Manage the NPI and laboratory teams (resource planning, skills development, performance monitoring).

Qualifications

• Have an engineering degree (Bac+5), ideally in mechanics or equivalent technical field.
• Proven experience in technical project management, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Possess skills in team management (resource planning, skills development, leadership).
• Have a solid understanding of technical and industrial environments (mechanical products, manufacturing processes, testing).
• Possess excellent communication, cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Possess strong analytical, anticipation and prioritization skills in a dynamic and multi-project environment.
