For a manufacturer specializing in the production of high-end watch dials, we are looking for a Product Development Project Manager whose main mission will be to lead the development of new dials, ensuring perfect mastery of the aesthetic, technical, and industrial requirements specific to this profession.

This position is for a profile with real expertise in dials, capable of working at the interface between clients, production, and decoration departments.

Responsibilities

Dial Project Management

• Analyze client needs and translate expectations into dial specifications (appearance, finishes, technical constraints)
• Lead dial development, integrating specific trade requirements
• Plan, organize, and monitor project progress until series production
• Ensure technical and aesthetic feasibility, in line with brand requirements

Transverse Coordination

• Coordinate internal teams (methods, quality, production, decoration, industrialization)
• Ensure follow-up of technical dial files (drawings, process sheets, tooling, aesthetic criteria)
• Be the preferred point of contact for clients, with a keen understanding of their aesthetic expectations
• Ensure information consistency throughout the development process

Continuous Improvement & Risk Management

• Identify critical points related to dial processes (aesthetics, durability, repeatability)
• Propose technical solutions adapted to product constraints
• Implement corrective and preventive actions
• Capitalize on feedback to improve dial development processes

Your Profile

• Higher technical education (HES Engineer, ES Technician, or equivalent)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in watchmaking, with strong expertise in the dial field
• Excellent knowledge of dial manufacturing and decoration processes
• Keen sense of watchmaking aesthetics and the requirements of high-end brands
• Good command of industrialization and quality constraints
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard software (Excel, Strategic, M-Files, Power BI, or equivalent)
