  • First contact: Our process usually begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to learn more about you! The goal? To get to know you, understand your motivations, and ensure we offer you the right position!
  • Interviews (on average, the number of interviews is 3 – however, it may vary depending on the seniority level required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet our team members: your future manager, of course, but also other people with whom you will be working. These interviews will allow us to learn more about you, your experience, and your skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our history, our teams, and your career opportunities!
  • Case study: Depending on the position, you may be asked to take a test. This could be a role-playing game, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Diriger l’élaboration de la portée du projet pour atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise, en assurant que l’application de la technologie d’ingénierie contribue à un avantage concurrentiel.
  • Traduire le champ d’application en un dossier de définition technique (documentation de sanction, estimations) pour obtenir l’approbation commerciale et financière.
  • Piloter et contrôler l’équipe de conception multifonctionnelle afin de respecter les objectifs du projet.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de construction et de mise en service pour garantir la constructibilité et l’exploitabilité du projet.
  • Suivre et contrôler l’avancement du projet, prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires pour respecter les délais et la qualité.
  • Diriger la contribution de l’ingénierie aux processus d’approbation statutaire.
  • Participer activement au développement de technologies et techniques pour améliorer l’efficacité du groupe.
  • Encadrer et développer les équipes de conception et de production.
  • Apporter un soutien technique aux usines de fabrication et piloter des projets d’amélioration de la conformité et de la fiabilité.
  • Préparer et diriger les rapports de gestion, fournir des analyses approfondies pour soutenir les décisions de l’entreprise.
  • Contrôler et appliquer les politiques et procédures de la fonction, mettre en œuvre la formation si nécessaire.
  • Maintenir les niveaux de service aux clients internes et contribuer à l’élaboration des politiques et procédures.

Qualifications

  • Vous possédez un diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent
  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets d’ingénierie ou de conception, idéalement dans l’industrie de transformation.
  • Maîtrise des outils et méthodologies de gestion de projet (PPM, PMI, Prince2, Cycle V, Agile, etc.)
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des exigences de conformité HSE et de la législation pertinente (PED, systèmes de sécurité instrumentés, méthodologie d’étude des dangers, CDM).
  • Vous parlez couramment français et anglais.
  • Vous démontrez de solides compétences en communication et en leadership.
  • Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, d’esprit d’initiative et d’une capacité à être force de proposition.
  • Vous êtes orienté.e vers l’innovation et la valeur ajoutée aux projets.
