Your Daily Life

Joining us in Gémenos, you will be part of a site located between the sea and the Provençal hills, bringing together our digital identity and security activities and our defense activities, combining both engineering and production, and fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment.

As an Industrie 4.0 IS/IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for steering and delivering industrial digital solutions, from the scoping phase to deployment on manufacturing sites.

Project Management of Industrie 4.0 Projects

• Manage the digitalization projects of industrial sites: deployment of collaborative tools (iObeya, workshop tablets), enrichment of the Manufacturing Data Stack, energy monitoring and traceability solutions (Eshel label).
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, deadline, and scope objectives.

Design and Selection of Technical Solutions

• Lead the scoping and design phases of IS/IT solutions in line with business needs.
• Manage the selection of technical solutions with publishers and integrators, in collaboration with IT/data/cloud architects.
• Ensure alignment with Group IS/IT standards, cybersecurity, performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.

Delivery and RUN

• Oversee development, specification, testing, deployment, and go-live phases.
• Manage the transition to RUN, application stability, service indicators (SLA), incident management, and the evolution backlog.

Business / IT Interface

• Work in close collaboration with manufacturing business teams (CCoI), IT teams, and external partners to propose pragmatic industrial solutions adapted to field challenges.

Your Profile

• Higher education (engineering or equivalent)
• Experience in IS/IT project management in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of agile working methods
• Experience with manufacturing digitalization or Industrie 4.0 projects is highly valued.
• Proficiency in industrial environments (manufacturing, production, supply chain)
• Good understanding of IT and data architectures
• Experience in environments such as:
  • Industrial collaborative tools (e.g., iObeya or equivalent)
  • Data platforms / Datastack
  • Traceability or energy monitoring solutions (an asset)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Results and delivery orientation
• Ability to work with business and IT teams
• Autonomy, rigor, and synthesis skills
