Based on technical requirements, you will be responsible for:
- Technical leadership of embedded electronic equipment development for missiles
- Coordination of design activities, ensuring costs, deadlines, performance, and quality
- Functional leadership of a small team of designers

Occasional travel within the country is to be expected.
Your main activities cover two main areas:
Leadership & Coordination

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation includes a fixed salary and additional individual elements (a variable component for our executive employees and a seniority bonus as well as an annual bonus for our non-executive employees) or collective elements depending on the company's performance and results (profit sharing, incentive schemes).

With a higher education degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, you have a minimum of 8 years of experience in developing analog and digital electronic boards and have experience in leading a small team (ideally electronic designers). You have already participated in several complete electronic projects (from design to mass production), you master an electronic CAD tool and have notions in simulation tools (analog and/or signal integrity). Comfortable in a multi-disciplinary project environment, your coordination skills, your taste for method, rigor, and synthesis, combined with your dynamism and proactive approach, will facilitate your integration.
You are curious and open to technological evolutions.
Given the international environment of our group, your English is operational.
