Role Description
In a context of high-stakes logistics projects, particularly around the SOS project and the creation of logistics procedure packs, our client is looking for a PMO consultant to manage and coordinate large-scale projects in interface with the Commercial, Supply Chain, OPS, Finance, BI/IT, and Legal teams. The objective: to ensure structured, rapid progress fully aligned with the various business dimensions.
Missions
- Ensure transverse project management and coordination of internal stakeholders
- Manage the logistics procedure packs project
- Manage the structuring of the SOS process aimed at consolidating customer orders and optimizing daily shipments (financial and organizational impacts)
- Support the resolution of operational challenges related to the complexity of internal processes
- Define and implement project governance, track schedules, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate communication between teams and accelerate decision-making
Expected Deliverables
- Consolidated project roadmaps
- Schedules and milestone tracking
- Structured documentation of logistics processes and procedures
- Progress reporting and recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree (business school, engineering school, university with specialization in project management, supply chain, logistics, or other equivalent training)
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent) appreciated
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a logistics, supply chain, or industrial environment, ideally in high-stakes contexts and with multi-departmental interfaces
- Proven experience in transverse management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams (commercial, supply, finance, IT...)
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Power BI...) and structuring methods (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Experience in business process optimization and change management
