The Role

Based in Saint Ouen sur Seine, you will join the Destination Management team and act as a true conductor of event projects. You will manage the entire lifecycle of events, from brief to on-site execution, including budget management and client relationship development. Your role is also key in identifying new business opportunities and fostering client loyalty.

Main Missions

• Gather and analyze client briefs
• Develop and manage responses to tenders
• Design and present creative and adapted proposals
• Research venues and negotiate the best contractual terms
• Select and manage service providers
• Organize complete event logistics
• Ensure budget management and monitoring
• Supervise on-site operations
• Update and enrich the client database and commercial/marketing actions
• Invoicing

Profile

• 10 to 15 years of experience in the MICE sector and/or DMC
• Strong affinity for the French destination
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Commercial mindset with consulting skills
• Very good communication, perfect command of French and English (oral and written); other languages appreciated
• Excellent organization and advanced mastery of MS Office tools
• Ability to develop strong relationships, generate a significant volume of opportunities, and optimize conversion rates
• Dynamic, results-oriented personality with a strong sense of priorities
• Autonomy and team spirit
• Availability and flexibility according to project requirements
• This position is for an experienced, structured, and business-oriented profile, wishing to evolve in an international and demanding environment.
