Our partner firm is looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager (M/F) for a long-term assignment.

In a demanding insurance environment, you will manage digital products in agile mode, in close collaboration with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog
• Gather and challenge business needs
• Lead agile rituals (Scrum / Kanban)
• Monitor product performance using analysis tools (AT Piano, Google Analytics, Splunk, ContentSquare)
• Arbitrate between business needs, technical constraints, and user experience
• Collaborate with technical teams, UX, and stakeholders
• Make data-driven decisions

Profile Required

• 3 to 7 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
• Mandatory experience in insurance and/or banking
• Good product and user-oriented culture
• Mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Backlog management skills
• Product performance analysis
• Professional English
