THE PROJECT

With over 100,000 visitors, 350 stands, 5,800 professionals (publishers, authors, illustrators, distributors) … across more than 60,000 m², the Cannes International Games Festival is the leading gaming event in the French-speaking world, a public and professional gathering.

MISSIONS

Assist the General Commissioner of the Festival in organizing the event and work jointly with the project managers on the following tasks:

Communication:

• Marketing of the Communication offer for exhibitors
• Creation of Newsletters (Exhibitors, GP) + contests
• Website updates: content creation, exhibitor area customer service
• Monitoring communication activities for the 40th edition

Project Management:

• Marketing (stands, professional spaces, village)
• Coordination of the OFF Nights
• Development of board game tournaments
• Monitoring of FIJ conferences and exhibitions

PROFILE

• Bac +4/5 education level
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, teamwork, dynamism, availability, commitment, rigor, organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Good command of spoken and written English
