About the Role
Within the Construction and Engineering Department of Disneyland Paris and reporting to the Construction Manager, you and your team will be responsible for the minor and major rehabilitation of hotel projects.
The Construction and Engineering department is composed of 70 employees, whose main objective is to support real estate assets throughout their lifecycle, from construction to deconstruction.
Under the direct responsibility of one of our construction managers and in collaboration with our internal departments (purchasing, finance, legal, urban planning...), you will study, organize, and coordinate multi-technical construction and rehabilitation projects across all our hotels (Disneyland Hotel (DLH) / Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel (NYH) / Disney Newport Bay Club (NPBC) / Disney Sequoia Lodge (SQL) / Disney Hotel Cheyenne (CHE) / Disney Hotel Santa Fe (SFE) / Disney Davy Crockett Ranch (RDC)) according to the strategy defined by the company, in order to maintain and improve Disneyland Paris's heritage, while ensuring respect for our Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Excellence, and Sustainability.
Your Main Missions:
- Ensure, within the framework of multi-projects, liaison with other project managers and interface management.
- Define project objectives, specifications, and actions to be taken.
- Determine the project organizational structure and select internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure planning and allocate necessary resources (human, logistical, and financial).
- Measure project progress and cost commitment.
- Manage project risks (identification, control, etc.).
- Identify deviations and define corrective actions as well as a project progress plan.
- Facilitate and develop partnership relations with counterparts from other internal and external clients.
- Coordinate the creation or changes of all technical data sheets for its clients.
- Participate in projects within the business sector and contribute to initiatives deployed across the division.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the various stages of projects in compliance with regulations, current standards, and the safety of property and people.
- Applying safety rules within your scope of activity.
- Achieving objectives within your scope of activity.
- Ensuring the relevance and quality of communication to internal and/or external clients by disseminating the necessary information for project implementation.
- Constantly seeking to optimize results.
Your Profile:
With higher education, you have at least 10 years of experience in project management, acquired on large-scale TCE operations, ideally in client-side project ownership, with supervision and management of design teams.
You have a solid command of the different project design phases, from programming to study monitoring, and you are recognized for your ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders (designers, engineering firms, contractors, partners).
Your expertise in the deliverables of each phase, your ability to develop, structure, and manage operational programs, as well as your mastery of contractual mechanisms and design team management are essential.
You ideally have significant experience in major rehabilitation projects, particularly in the hotel sector or on large-scale complex assets.
Above all, we are looking for a profile capable of precisely and rigorously managing the design phase of a major hotel rehabilitation project. As such, you will be the central point for studies, ensuring their consistency, quality, and compliance with programmatic, technical, budgetary, and calendar objectives.
