Your Mission

As part of a large-scale digital transformation program, you will act as an IT Project Manager on strategic system integration projects.

Your objective: to manage complex projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget adherence, while ensuring smooth coordination between the various IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage system integration projects (insurance platforms, legacy systems, related applications)
• Organize and lead project meetings (committees, workshops, follow-up meetings)
• Coordinate stakeholders (IT teams, business units, BAs, POs, technical teams)
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blocking points
• Track project progress and ensure milestone adherence
• Provide clear and regular reporting to governance bodies
• Collaborate with Release Management to secure production deployment phases
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to project governance standards

Your Future Technical Environment

• Complex IS environments with multiple interconnected systems
• Integration projects (API, synchronous / asynchronous flows, data, connectors)
• Hybrid architectures (legacy + new platforms)
• Agile / hybrid methodologies
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, or equivalents
• Insurance context (Guidewire or equivalent is a plus)

Who You Are

• You have 4 to 8 years of experience in IT project management
• You have already worked in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• You have a good understanding of system integration challenges
• You are comfortable with technical subjects (APIs, flows, architectures) without necessarily being a developer
• You are recognized for your ability to structure, prioritize, and drive subjects forward
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to rally teams
• Experience in the insurance or banking sector is a plus
