Chicago-Based Recruiter — Find Independent Cleaners (Ongoing) - Contract to Hire

About Us

We run a residential cleaning company in Chicago and need help building a pipeline of independent cleaning contractors.

What We Need:

Someone in the Chicago area (or deeply connected to Chicago communities) to source, screen, and deliver qualified cleaning contractor candidates on an ongoing basis.

What You'd Do:

• Post in local FB groups, WhatsApp groups, Craigslist, community boards, church bulletins, and anywhere cleaners hang out
• Screen candidates for basics: reliable transportation, availability 15+ hrs/week, professional attitude
• Hand off qualified candidates to our ops team — we handle onboarding from there

Target: 3-5 qualified candidates per month

Ideal Person:

• Based in Chicago or deeply connected to Chicago communities
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a BIG plus
• Comfortable with social media, community outreach, and cold messaging
• Hustle matters more than recruiting experience
• Bonus if you're already connected to cleaning/domestic/gig worker networks

Compensation:

$400 per contractor who completes onboarding + first 3 jobs. No cap on placements. Potential to move to retainer + bounty for the right person.

This is ongoing contract work — not a one-time project. We're looking for a long-term recruiting partner.
