As Chief Cybersecurity Officer, you will be accountable for the security and risk management across all project systems. This role will require developing and implementing effective cybersecurity measures that align with industry standards such as IEC 62443 and NIST. You'll collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure integrated security solutions throughout the project's lifecycle.

Contribute to the safety and security of transit systems through strategic oversight and governance in the dynamic field of cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish cybersecurity governance framework and accountability structures
• Lead incident response and disaster recovery plan development
• Validate compliance with industry cybersecurity standards
• Manage advisor relationships and ensure secure integrations
• Report on cybersecurity risks and status to leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership
• Proven background in industrial automation and OT/ICS security
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare cybersecurity frameworks
• Preferred professional certifications: CISSP, CISM
• Excellent ability to translate technical issues for all stakeholders
