Your Impact
As Chief Engineer, you are the backbone of the property. You'll lead the maintenance team, protect the guest experience, and ensure our hotel runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently every day. From preventive maintenance to emergency fixes, from HVAC to pools, you'll keep everything operating at its best-often turning challenges into wins with creativity and confidence.
What You'll Do
- Lead, train, schedule, and inspire the maintenance team
- Own and execute preventive maintenance plans for guestrooms, equipment, and public spaces
- Oversee repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems
- Manage vendors, projects, budgets, inventories, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, life-safety, and brand standards
- Maintain pool operations, exterior grounds, and overall curb appeal
- Collaborate closely with hotel leadership to support seamless operations
- Embrace technology and systems that improve efficiency and performance
Who You Are
- A strong technical leader with hotel or facility maintenance experience
- A hands-on problem solver with "MacGyver-style" skills across construction trades

Requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.

- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or ability to obtain.

- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project documents.
