About the role

As Chief Engineer & Change Manager (m/w/d), you will take on a key role in coordinating and leading technical projects.

Leading the Technical Change Board (Development Representation)
Technical evaluation of changes and coordination of implementation
Definition and monitoring of KPIs for change progress
Coordination of measures with Offer & Contract MAS
Technical representation at international Change Boards (customers & authorities)
Presentation of ongoing changes and management of customer feedback
Further development of processes and tools in change management
Resource and budget planning (e.g., configuration, sample testing)
