Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Chief Engineer to lead all maintenance and facilities operations at our Hampton Inn North Virginia Beach Oceanfront property. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the hotel, ensuring Hilton brand standards compliance, and delivering a safe, comfortable, and memorable environment for every guest. The Chief Engineer directly supervises the maintenance team and serves as the primary point of contact for all engineering, safety, and facilities matters.
