Job Description
This position is contingent on contract award, expected to begin in July 2026.
Technical / Operational Background: • DCOPS / data center operations • DevSecOps environments • Enterprise VDI / end user computing • RMF / ATO lifecycle management
Location: Charleston, SC (primary – must be local or willing to relocate immediately)
Salary: Limited by government contracting regulations, commensurate with experience
Position Responsibilities
Owns architecture, integration, and technical execution across A1 (DevSecOps) and A2 (VDI) for the program.
Required Qualifications & Skills • 15+ years engineering experience • 10+ years in DoD enterprise architecture • Proven experience integrating: • DevSecOps platforms • VDI environments • hybrid cloud
Technical Stack Required: • Kubernetes / OpenShift • GitLab / Jenkins pipelines • VMware / Citrix / AVD • AWS GovCloud / Azure GovCloud • Splunk / monitoring platforms
RMF Experience: • Hands-on experience with ATO packages, eMASS, STIG/IAVA
Certifications: • CISSP or equivalent (preferred) • Cloud cert (AWS/Azure Architect preferred)
Clearance: Active Secret (required)
