About the Role
The organization is searching for a dynamic Chief Marketing and Communications Executive to act as the driving force behind the transformation and elevation of our marketing and communications efforts. In this critical role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that enhances our organization's visibility, program recognition, and overall reputation.

As a vital partner to the Chief Advancement Officer, your expertise will also support our fundraising objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust history in leading integrated marketing and communications functions, particularly within international nonprofit settings. You should have a proven ability to translate strategic insights into actionable plans, articulate our value proposition, and optimize budgets for maximum effectiveness.
Your experience in digital marketing and social media strategies, alongside your track record of building and leading high-performing teams, will be essential. A genuine passion for our mission, along with exceptional communication skills, will be key to your success in engaging diverse communities and stakeholders.
