The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Elevated Image is responsible for driving brand growth, visibility, and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives focused on custom apparel, bulk orders, and brand development.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate bulk and recurring orders
- Build and manage Elevated Image’s brand identity across all platforms
- Lead content creation (social media, video, campaigns, product showcases)
- Drive LinkedIn and B2B outreach for universities, corporate clients, and organizations
- Create campaigns that highlight production scale (e.g., 500+ shirt orders)
- Establish partnerships with athletes, influencers, and institutions
- Optimize website conversion (funnels, CTAs, order flow)
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for growth
Goal of the Role:
To position Elevated Image as more than a shirt provider—but as a strategic apparel partner that helps brands, teams, and organizations create, market, and sell merchandise effectively.
