About the role
This is a high-impact executive role responsible for defining and executing the global marketing vision of a fast-scaling AdTech group operating across multiple markets and products. You will shape brand strategy, go-to-market direction, and growth systems while directly reporting to the CEO. The role requires building marketing foundations from the ground up, particularly for expansion into the US market. You will operate in a highly data-driven, product-led environment where speed, ownership, and clarity of execution are essential. Acting as a key business driver, you will align brand, product marketing and growth under a unified strategy. This is a fully remote leadership role with international scope and strong strategic autonomy.
Accountabilities
- Define and lead the global marketing strategy across brand, product marketing and growth, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Build and operationalise a strong brand architecture, positioning the company as a premium player in the adtech ecosystem across Europe and the US.
- Design and execute the US market entry strategy, including positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation without initial local infrastructure.
- Oversee product marketing initiatives, translating technical capabilities into compelling go-to-market narratives and ensuring alignment with sales and product teams.
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks, including positioning maps, battlecards and win/loss analysis to support commercial performance.
- Lead full-funnel growth marketing strategy, including performance marketing, SEO, attribution and marketing technology stack optimisation.
- Build and scale a high-performing marketing organisation, defining structure, OKRs, budget allocation and cross‑functional collaboration models.
- Drive thought leadership, PR strategy and ecosystem visibility across industry events, media and expert communities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles such as VP or CMO.
- Proven experience building and scaling marketing functions in high‑growth or scale‑up environments.
- Strong expertise in both brand strategy and performance/growth marketing.
- Solid commercial understanding of pipeline generation, revenue cycles and enterprise sales environments.
- Fluency in both French and English, with experience operating across European and US markets.
- Strong advantage: deep knowledge of adtech and programmatic ecosystems, including SSP, DSP, and header bidding concepts.
- Experience launching or scaling brands in new geographies, ideally without established local teams.
- Ability to operate in product‑led or engineering‑driven organisations.
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured, AI‑oriented approach to problem solving and execution design.
- High ownership, low ego leadership style with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders at executive level.
