Rome Bath Remodeling is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding and love of both the creative and analytical side of traditional marketing channels (TV, radio, outdoor) and digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, social marketing strategy, digital advertising, and overall growth marketing strategies in order to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion (leads and sales) for multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee continued development and growth of overall branding strategy
• Work with management team to come up with creative messaging for new commercials, print pieces and online posts
• Manage the budgeting processes for all external marketing communications including, but not limited to, television, radio, print, outdoor, social media promotion, digital advertising, and e-mail activities
• Ability to monitor key performance metrics and make real-time decisions based on findings with a focus on maximizing lead generation
• Develop social media strategies and help manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to increase followers, engagement and new clients
• Responsible for monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
• Oversees and evaluates market research/new industry opportunities and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
• Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent experience preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience, in marketing, sales, or strategy planning roles
• Experience in the home improvement industry is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
