Hiring: Chief of Staff to the Founder & Growth Operator

Part time | $5K/month | Remote

I am a former startup founder and Co‑CEO who raised $25M in venture capital. I now run a fundraising coaching practice helping startup founders successfully raise capital. The business already works incredibly well through high‑touch, one‑on‑one coaching with founders who are actively fundraising.

I am now hiring a Chief of Staff to the Founder & Growth Operator to help scale the business by generating founder leads, building systems, and launching new growth channels such as courses, webinars, and AI‑powered knowledge tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, testing growth strategies, and operating directly alongside a founder. The right person is entrepreneurial, highly self‑directed, and excited to help build a modern knowledge business within the startup ecosystem.

The role sits directly alongside the founder and focuses on three things:

  • Building founder pipeline & client acquisition
  • Systemizing the coaching process
  • Launching growth channels (content, courses, AI tools)

What You’ll Work On

Founder pipeline & client acquisition

  • Prospect founders raising venture capital and schedule intro calls.

Growth experiments

  • Test founder acquisition strategies and outreach approaches.

Content engine

  • Turn founder insights into short‑form content and inbound pipeline.

Product development

  • Help convert coaching knowledge into courses, guides, and AI tools.

Operations

  • Support systems, documentation, and business infrastructure.

Role Details

  • Part time (~20 hours/week – Half time)
  • $5,000/month ($60,000/year)
  • 1099 contractor
  • Remote (Los Angeles preferred)
  • As goals are met, this role can expand into a full‑time position with doubled hours and compensation.
