City Representative

Ajani is building the future of booking in Nigeria helping people discover and book hotels, shortlets, and event spaces with real-time insights and local intelligence.

We’re looking for a smart, proactive City Representative to lead our presence in Ibadan someone who understands the city, connects with people easily, and can drive real growth on the ground.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Ajani across Ibadan and build strong local presence
• Visit and onboard hotels, shortlets, and event centres
• Assist vendors in setting up and optimizing their listings
• Capture high-quality photos and accurate property details
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and managers
• Identify and report local events, trends, and high-demand areas
• Follow up with vendors to ensure listings stay active and perform well

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Ibadan and familiar with key areas (Bodija, UI, Akobo, etc.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident engaging business owners and decision-makers
• Self-driven, reliable, and results-oriented
• Comfortable moving around the city daily

Bonus Skills

• Experience in sales, real estate, or hospitality
• Basic smartphone photography skills
• Existing network within hotels, shortlets, or event spaces

Compensation

• Base salary + performance-based commission
• Incentives for successful vendor onboarding and active listings
