Position

Civil Engineer / Construction Technician as Project Manager / Site Manager for Wind Tower Projects in the Northern part of Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Independent technical preparation of projects in wind tower construction
  • Ensuring timely organization, execution, scheduling and resource planning in coordination with production
  • Deployment planning for installers
  • Monitoring costs and reporting
  • Coordination with customers and other project participants during all project phases
  • Close communication with customers and field workers
  • Compliance with quality standards

Profile

  • Completed university studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification (technician or master craftsman degree)
  • Demonstrated initial professional experience, preferably including training or internships
  • Confidence in handling common PC applications and willingness to learn ERP system (Navision)
  • Ability to communicate across different hierarchy levels
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel regularly
  • Independent and structured work style; flexibility and resilience
  • Good German and solid English proficiency, both written and spoken
