We are currently looking for a Civil Engineer / Construction Technician as Project Manager / Site Manager for Wind Tower Projects in the Northern part of Germany.
Bauingenieur / Bautechniker als Bauleiter / Projektmanager Windkraftanlagen Nord‑Deutschland (alle Geschlechtsidentitäten)

For example in Münster, Osnabrück, Bremen, Hamburg, Hannover, Berlin, Rostock, Brandenburg, Schwerin, Prenzlau, Frankfurt/Oder, Magdeburg or Greifswald (with the option to work remotely from home).

Responsibilities

• Independent technical preparation of projects in wind tower construction and ensuring timely organization
• Execution scheduling and resource planning in coordination with our production
• Deployment planning for our installers
• Monitoring costs and reporting
• Coordination with customers and other project participants during all project phases
• Close communication with our customers and field workers
• Compliance with our quality standards

Profile (Requirements)

• Completed university studies in the field of civil engineering, or a comparable qualification (technician or master craftsman degree)
• Demonstrated (initial) professional experience, preferably also in the form of training or internships
• Confidence in handling common PC applications and willingness to familiarize yourself with our ERP system (Navision)
• Ability to communicate with people across different hierarchy levels
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
• Independent and structured work style; flexibility and resilience
• Good German and solid English proficiency, both written and spoken, is required
