Civil Engineer

A well-established Tier 2 construction contractor is seeking a driven and ambitious Civil Engineer to join their growing team in Dublin.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants to go beyond a traditional site role. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across engineering, project management, and operations, contributing to a wide variety of projects while working within a collaborative, tight-knit team.

The Role

• Support the delivery of commercial, residential, and industrial projects
• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution
• Liaise closely with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across active sites
• Take on a dynamic role with broad responsibilities across the business

About You

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s not required)
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to develop
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ambition to progress into a Project Management role
• Comfortable working across both site and office environments
