Responsibilities

• Lead national and international large‑scale projects in structural engineering.
• Manage your project team through all phases of construction planning.
• Create static calculations independently and collaborate with various experts.
• As a civil engineer in structural planning, lead projects regarding statics, deadlines, and capacity.
• Independently and solution‑orientedly lead your project team through all planning phases of a building construction project.
• Be responsible for the independent and phase‑appropriate creation of static calculations and work closely with all specialist departments (architecture, HVAC, electrical engineering, construction management) as well as external planning partners, supported by BIM.
• Represent ATP towards clients, authorities, and executing companies.
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal considering climate‑neutral planning with the goal of a sustainable building.

Requirements

• Completed degree in civil engineering (FH/ETH) with extensive project management experience.
• In‑depth knowledge as a project manager in structural engineering.
• Several years of professional experience with all service phases in the handling of medium to large projects in structural planning.
• Familiarity with SIA standards of all relevant construction materials and the common programs for structural and BIM planning.
• Strong communication skills and very good German proficiency (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for topics of energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Confident appearance, creative and independent working style, teamwork skills, and analytical thinking.
• Enjoy leading a project team and actively supporting and promoting young employees.
