About the role
Job Summary
A technically focused role responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects within the civil engineering domain. The position involves managing projects across all phases, from feasibility studies to final commissioning, while ensuring compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints. The role requires strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and public authorities, along with the ability to oversee both technical and administrative project aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver infrastructure projects across all stages, including planning, design, execution, and commissioning.
- Coordinate and supervise drafters, engineers, and technical specialists to ensure efficient workflow and project alignment.
- Prepare tender documentation, evaluate bids, and select qualified subcontractors and service providers.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with local authorities, municipalities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Oversee technical, administrative, and financial aspects of projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality standards throughout project execution.
- Utilize engineering software and tools for design validation, sizing, and technical analysis.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation for all project phases and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Degree in civil engineering with a specialization in infrastructure or a related field.
- Proven experience in infrastructure or civil engineering project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in engineering software, design tools, and standard office applications.
- Experience working with public authorities and regulatory bodies is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken).
