Civil Engineering Technologist

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, or equivalent
• 3–7 years of experience in site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Canadian standards and codes
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD
• Ability to independently produce plan, profile, section, and earthworks drawings
• Experience with Civil 3D surface modeling, grading, and servicing design
• Strong coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to prepare technical specifications, reports, and documentation
• Proven ability to solve real-world site design challenges
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and buildability
• Comfortable attending site visits and coordinating with field teams
• Able to work in an in-office environment
