Civil Engineering Works Director

Responsibilities

• Supervise all civil engineering sites (roads, structures, dams, etc.)
• Ensure the planning, organization, and monitoring of works
• Manage works teams (site managers, foremen…)
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Ensure communication with clients, design offices, and partners
• Monitor performance indicators and propose areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulatory conformity

Required Profile

Required Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Degree
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in the construction sector
• Proven experience in managing large projects
• Excellent management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Leadership, rigor, and sense of responsibility
• Geographic mobility required
