Civil Foreman/Supervisor

A dynamic Construction environment is looking for a hands-on Civil Foreman/Supervisor to manage daily site activities and ensure that work is executed efficiently, safely and according to plan. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the thick of operations, leading teams, solving problems on-site, and delivering results on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Execute construction activities in line with weekly plans
• Supervise and coordinate labour, plant, and site teams
• Monitor progress and report deviations or challenges
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of plant and equipment
• Manage material usage, storage, and quality control
• Complete daily costing and track site productivity
• Enforce safety, quality, and discipline on-site
• Maintain strong communication with engineers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman / Supervisor in construction
• Strong understanding of site operations, plant, and labour management
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Solid knowledge of health & safety and quality standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
