Responsibilities

• Lead development and modernization of in-house civil engineering
• Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives

• Promote a robust nuclear safety culture based on INPO standards
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and engineering governance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• P.Eng license in Canada/U.S.
• 16+ years in engineering with nuclear project exposure
• Strong knowledge of nuclear plant systems and applicable codes
• Proficiency in 3D drafting tools like SmartPlant 3D
• Proven history of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
