Our mission is to help organisations design smarter, collaborate better, and deliver projects digitally. We are growing our consulting team and are looking for a driven BIM specialist who thrives in a client-facing, technically demanding environment.
The Role
You will work at the intersection of civil/structural engineering expertise, BIM methodology, and Autodesk software consulting. A significant part of your value will be in a pre-sales capacity, working alongside our sales team to uncover real client needs, scope engagements accurately, and shape proposals that are technically credible and commercially sound.
You take the lead on delivery: implementing BIM workflows, configuring digital environments, and running intermediate to advanced, customer-specific software training. You are the person clients trust to understand their world and translate it into practical, lasting change.

- Lead technical scoping of BIM consulting and training engagements
- Contribute to proposals, solution designs, and effort estimates

BIM Consulting & Implementation
- Design and lead BIM implementation programmes from scoping through to adoption and post-delivery support
- Establish Common Data Environments (CDE) and digital coordination workflows for client organisations
- Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), information management standards, and project-specific BIM documentation
- Advise clients on ISO 19650 aligned practices and digital project delivery frameworks
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver intermediate to advanced, customer-specific training across Autodesk products, primarily Civil 3D and Revit
- Develop structured training programmes, course materials, and supporting BIM content
- Host client workshops, webinars, and present at industry events
Client Engagement
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders from project teams through to executive level
- Provide ongoing technical support and act as a knowledgeable point of contact post-implementation
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through additional value-add services
What You'll Need

- A self-starter who manages your own schedule, takes initiative, and delivers without needing close supervision
- Calm and focused under pressure, able to juggle multiple engagements without dropping the ball
- Genuinely passionate about digital transformation in the built environment, you follow the industry, have a point of view, and bring real energy to your work
- Committed to continuous self-learning as the Autodesk ecosystem and BIM landscape evolve
