Reporting to the Civil/Structural Department Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of layouts, plans, and sections for structural steel and concrete. This role requires a strong foundation in industry standards and drawing delivery, as well as mentorship towards leading industrial projects. Your experience will directly influence the efficacy of our civil and structural designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor team members towards leadership in industrial developments
• Prepare detailed structural drawings and plans
• Ensure compliance with industry civil/structural standards
• Utilize AutoDesk or Microstation for 2D and 3D designs
• Manipulate laser scan point cloud files effectively

Requirements:

• Diploma from a recognized technology program
• 5-15 years of experience in EPCM/industrial projects
• Proven ability to deliver fit-for-purpose designs
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
