As a Claims Business Analyst in the Claims Business Development Team, you will analyze and optimize existing processes, develop innovative IT-related solutions, and support the smooth operation of our claims systems. You will contribute your operational claims know-how, comprehensive Guidewire experience, and your quick grasp of concepts to an interdisciplinary team that lives openness, team spirit, and mutual support.

Responsibilities

• You analyze and optimize existing claims processes and systems, contribute your operational and technical knowledge, and support maintenance work.
• You work closely with an agile team, develop innovative solution proposals, and document them transparently.
• You design and specify new system functions and user interfaces – from idea to implementation.
• You define clear acceptance criteria and test new functions in a structured and comprehensible manner.
• You support the development team and ensure that requirements are implemented transparently through your documentation.

Qualifications

• Completed training in the insurance or IT industry.
• Comprehensive experience in the claims area and/or with Guidewire.
• Strong IT affinity, quick grasp of concepts, and enjoyment of structured, independent, and solution-oriented work.
• Service orientation, reliability, flexibility, and team spirit.
• Fluent German and English skills.
