Responsibilities

• Lead user research to uncover insights and accessibility needs
• Design end-to-end user experiences for various interactions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings into solutions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate designs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design or related field
• 4-6 years of UX/UI design experience
• Experience in clinical or regulated environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
