Role Overview
- Location: United Arab Emirates (Only UAE-based candidates will be considered).
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote and In-Office).
- Experience: 0.6 to 2 years (Prior experience in customer account management preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Retention
- Manage daily communication with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding and setup process to ensure a seamless start.
- Nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor client feedback and proactively suggest ways to improve the overall customer experience.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Support the sales team by identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads, including cold calling when necessary.
- Understand specific client pain points and present suitable solutions effectively.
Operations & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service delivery is timely and meets quality standards.
- Prepare simple, accurate reports on client progress, performance metrics, and account health.
- Develop basic guides and onboarding materials to help clients navigate our services with ease.
