Key Responsibilities

Client Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Provide accounting and bookkeeping services using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activity
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports

Reporting & Advisory

  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for clients
  • Present financial statements and provide insights and recommendations
  • Assist clients with accounting and operational questions

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Address client questions and resolve issues in a timely manner

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with engagement team members to meet client needs
  • Assist team leaders in identifying additional service opportunities
  • Review client work and support team quality standards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting or an accounting firm environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a client‑service mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
