About the Role

This role will oversee a team of client-facing reporting analysts and associates. This individual is responsible for coaching their team through complex client issues, overseeing special projects, and ensuring that team members can deliver high quality, best in class service to our clients on a consistent basis. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven, fast-paced environment. Our reporting teams have in-depth knowledge of wealth management products and technology applications, so understanding how to manage and develop talent in these areas will be critical.

What you’ll own:

• Managing and coaching a team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Overseeing portfolio reporting, reconciliation, and data integrity across multiple asset classes
• Acting as a key point of contact for client onboarding, support, and issue resolution
• Working with internal teams and external partners to solve data and system challenges
• Driving process improvements, controls, and reporting enhancements
• Helping scale operations as the platform continues to grow
