Client Service / Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Client Service / Project Manager with strong branding and design agency experience to join our team in Bryanston.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the design process end-to-end, has worked in a creative agency environment, and has hands-on experience managing brand launches, rebrands, CI (Corporate Identity), and VI (Visual Identity) projects.

You should be passionate about design, comfortable working with creatives, and confident managing clients, timelines, and delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships across branding and design projects
• Lead and coordinate CI/VI development, rebrands, and new brand launches
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal creative teams
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Oversee the full lifecycle of design projects (brief → concept → execution → rollout)
• Ensure quality control and alignment with brand strategy and design standards
• Facilitate creative reviews, feedback sessions, and approvals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a design / branding / creative agency
• Proven experience managing:
  • Brand launches
  • Rebrands
  • CI/VI development projects
• Strong understanding of:
  • Design processes
  • Branding strategy
  • Creative workflows
• Experience working closely with designers, strategists, and clients
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Bryanston (non-negotiable)
